  • Today - big day

    Today I have to go to the main office to talk about my future without A JOB.


    I'm a bit nervous.Mixed feelings are driving me nuts.I want to go on working


    and I don't want to work anymore . It's an opportunity to rest.And my mind wanders


    full of anxiety and worry about a few of those I will have to leave.


    I don't see me staying at home looking at my grandchildren growing up...


    and still my heart desires to have a peaceful life without worrying anymore


    about the rest of the world...


    And so...I have to go to work now...thinking about the interview at 2:00pm


    that will decide my future...without work...


    There's only one thing left: to trust God's plan and have the strength to accept it...

    COULDN'T HAVE. You gain sime and lose some not
    beleiving in an omniscient, omnipresent God--the possibility of his unconditional love, free will, and the faith that he would help if he could.

    You know, you can take the kids without going all the way. Being seven is a awesome time in the faith,
    knowing that you are on the brink of accountability and for a time, maybe not very long, you will be at the starting line, no points against you.

    There has been so much going on for what I think of as ethnic Mormons and I mean by that those who moved directly from the East or from Europe, that I havn't been able
    to update my Xanga site much.

    Church history is in real time now and some of us need to stick around to be hated. People don't do that,
    and we get tradgedies like the recent shooting of a guard in the
    Holocaust Museum.

    It is sad. My main ally in my disfunctional family was a German American born in 1885. His father
    was born in this country around 1830. Abandoned by a woman who said she was his Aunt at a Catholic Orphanage in Minneapolis.

    The Mormon Side came from Denmark as refugees. Religious dissenters.
    The Handcart Pioneers. My Grandfather's Grandfather was a
    deserter fleeing from Frederick II'S Prussian army. The boys who committed the Mountain Meadows' Mass killing, I think many came from Shlesvig-Holstein.

    Old MJ is still around. I'll tell him hey. Lost my kidney a few years ago and as seldom happens, everyone
    I met was eventually nice to me.

    I think they are only nice when you're dying. But I'm not anymore.
    Have picked up Type I diabetes.
